Set in the Valencia province close to the medieval village of Bocairent this area is one of Spain´s best kept secrets. Just one hour from Alicante airport this truly unique location is a get away from it all experience.

Our Yoga Retreats offer a small group setting and four nights at ‘Èl Cipreret`,our beautifully restored farmhouse nestled in the forest with stunning mountain views.

There are two Retreat options with multiple dates available throughout the year:

Yoga & Qigong with Samantha Lavery

You have complete freedom to pick and choose what you participate in. None of our activities are compulsory so if you´re feeling the need for a lie in or extra chill time then this is what your body is asking for and we encourage you to honour that. Mariola Secreta has lots of perfect spaces to relax in.

Yoga and Fitness

Led by Leanne Yardley, a long-established Personal Trainer and Yoga teacher from Bristol,  our Yoga  and Fitness Retreat will relax and restore your body and mind. Every day there are two yoga classes and one fitness session, along with local walks and enough chill time to rest and restore.

Each morning wake up to a slow flowing yoga class to set yourself up for the day ahead. Yoga classes will take place on the pool terrace or in the stunning vaulted ceiling barn should the weather be unkind.

Every afternoon there is a half hour quick fire fitness session. Half an hour is the optimal work out time in order to tap into those fat burning hormones but without raising cortisol levels, the stress hormone which can lead you straight to the choccy biscuit tin!

This will be followed by a gentler and more restorative yoga class allowing you to unwind and move into rest and digest mode for dinner.

Yoga & Qiqong

Led by Samantha Lavery,  of Simply Love Yoga, this Yoga & Qigong experience is the perfect late summer experience  to relax and restore your body and mind.

This retreat offers you the chance to enrich your body and mind through the traditional arts of Qiqong Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama and Meditation. The focus of this retreat is YOU! Helping you let go of the stresses and strains of life, strengthening your practice leaving  you revived and relaxed. 

Each Retreat day is structured to give you group sessions as well as the space and time to relax, to make the most of the beautiful surroundings, explore the area, enjoy the heated pool and sauna, sit and read a book or simply enjoy quiet time to yourself.

We’ll have two sessions every day, at the start of each session we’ll warm up with Qigong and continue into a yoga flow designed specifically for the energy of Late Summer. As well as a short session in the late evening of meditation, Qigong, Yoga-Nidra or Pranayama to set you up for a good night’s sleep.
